Refunds Policy for our In-person Workshops

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we offer a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please review the following terms:

  • More than 5 working days’ notice: No cancellation fee.
  • Within 5 working days: 50% of the course fee will be charged.
  • Within 2 working days or no-show: 100% of the course fee will be charged.


We acknowledge that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, and we are willing to consider rescheduling your session to another date if a compelling reason is presented. Regular work commitments are usually not accepted as a compelling reason.

To avoid fees, you are welcome to nominate someone else to take your place. Please inform us in writing if you wish to cancel, reschedule, or nominate someone else.


 

Returns Policy for our Books and Online Courses

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchases from us, whether it’s a book to curl up with or an online course to fuel your growth. Here’s our straightforward returns policy:

Books:

  • Return Window: You may return physical books within 30 days of delivery if they are in new, unread condition.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned book and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for these costs.

 

Online Courses:

  • Refund Eligibility: Due to the digital nature of our online courses, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, provided less than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.

 

General Terms:

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any products.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
