Our Graduate Program offers what other can’t: A deep attention to your career journey from our Leadership. We offer an accelerated path to owning your own technology business in the most exciting part of the Western Australian economy.

You’ll be part of our core team from Day 1, not buried in some graduate consulting sweat-shop.
And while we run a standard 38 hour work week, to progress you’ll need to invest in yourself consistently with an extra 10 hours study in your own time.
If you fully commit, by the end of our 4-year program you’ll have a wealth of experience and 6 of the leading industry certifications to ensure you are a top candidate wherever you choose to take your career next.
The fine print
Non-stop Training
Supported by on-the-job training, by the end of your 4 year journey you will have had the opportunity to achieve 6 of the most respected industry certifications: CBAP, CISSP, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner, PRINCE2, and TOGAF. In addition you will be supported to complete key Cloud certifications if you wish.
Up to 8 Weeks Annual Leave
Nothing is more important than enjoying life, and is essential to ensure your fully ready to work at the level required in our dynamic team. So we have a flexible policy allowing you to buy an additional 4 weeks of leave if you need the time to travel or just chill.

Your 4-year Journey
Here is what you’ll learn in each year of our program.
Mining & Tech Foundation
You’ll learn how the mining industry really works, and how to use business analysis and analytics to discover what customers really need.
Innovation and Solutioning
In year 2, you’ll be exposed to cutting-edge technology and how to apply it. We’ll teach you how to design effective technology solutions to our customer’s key problems.
Technology Leadership
Building on your business consulting and solutioning skills, next you’ll learn how to lead technology product teams and deliver outstanding customer results.
Business Leadership
In year 2, you’ll learn how to lead business strategy discussions and learn how to confidently pitch your ideas, built on your experience.
Entrepreneurial Accelerator
